Bahamut has chosen a council of three wise and stout-hearted heroes to lead his Order. Bound by their undying loyalty to Bahamut and their unwavering friendship to one another, they hold each other accountable for all decisions that affect the Order.

There are three Dragon Masters / Mistresses that lead the guild together by consensus. Each one may represent the guild as its leader when necessary, though they always consult with one another before making any significant decisions that affect the entire guild.
